The 2024 Free Paper Session is sponsored by Q Medical and INTEGRA.

Submit your abstract for the chance to be chosen to present your work as part of the 10th Anniversary of London Breast Meeting. 

Free paper presentations are given as part of the main programme, posters are displayed digitally in the exhibition spaces. Authors/presenters will be required to attend in-person.

Prize:

Free place at next year's London Breast Meeting and a £500 study/research voucher.

Timeline:

14th June 2024 - Deadline for Abstract Submission

Our panel will review all abstracts received by the submission deadline. Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an e-mail.

Authors will then need to provide a copy of the digital poster for presentation.

16th August 2024 - Deadline for Poster Upload

Posters should be submitted as a single pdf document (max size 40MB).

4th-6th September 2024 - London Breast Meeting

Plenty of networking opportunities to discuss your work with other delegates. Short poster presentations during lunch, to explain your work and answer questions, followed by a vote and competition winner announced.

INTEGRA and Q Medical have no say in the judging or prize giving of the free paper or poster presentations.
